Position: Part-Time Accounts & Admin
Location: Midview City
Working Days: Monday to Friday | Flexible schedule, minimum 4 hours/day
Working Hours: From 9am onwards | End time flexible
Salary: $12-15/hour, negotiable
Job Description
Handle OT and payroll matters.
Manage petty cash.
Prepare and submit CPF contributions.
Prepare and submit GST returns.
Handle accounts receivable and payable from clients and government agencies.
Process payments to government agencies, suppliers, service providers, rental, loans and other fees.
Handle other accounting matters as required.
Use QuickBooks accounting software.
Requirements:
Relevant accounting and administrative experience.
Experience in CPF and GST submissions.
Experience using QuickBooks accounting software.
Available to start immediately is preferred.
Able to work on a flexible part-time schedule, including shorter hours or alternate days.
