• Industry/ Organization Type: Construction
• Position Title: Part-Time Accounts Executive
• Working Location: Pandan Loop
• Working Hours: 3 days per week (9.00am – 6.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $1,800
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AP/AR: process invoices, payments, billing, and collections.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash records.
• Handle payroll: prepare payslips and update payroll records.
• Prepare tax schedules and support timely, accurate filings.
• Liaise with auditors and banks; compile required documents.
• Maintain organized filing and accounting documentation.
• Support month-end close and full set of accounts reporting.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.

• Professional Certificate/NITEC in Finance, Accountancy, Bookkeeping, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Experience with MYOB and GST filing.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to commit to two to three full days of on-site work each week.
