About the role
You'll be the face of our showroom: welcoming homeowners and interior designers, understanding what they want for their space, and recommending lighting setups that suit the mood and design theme. You'll prepare proposals, follow up with leads, and build a base of repeat clients and referrals over time. You'll also work with our marketing team on lead generation, social content, and the occasional showroom event or workshop.

• You advise with honesty and integrity. You'd rather recommend the right setup than the most expensive one, because happy clients refer their friends.
• You're service-oriented and patient with people who are still figuring out what they want.

• You're reliable and responsive. Many clients enquire in the evenings, so we ask that you reply to messages after hours (for example, by 10pm).
