Your Role:
- Welcome and assist patients with registration, appointments and general enquiries
- Manage patient information and ensure records are accurately maintained
- Handle appointment scheduling, rescheduling and related administrative duties
- Assist with billing, payments and other front-counter transactions where required
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth patient journey
- Respond to patients’ enquiries professionally and provide appropriate assistance
- Support day-to-day clinic operations and other administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- GCE N/O/A Levels or Diploma in any field
- Positive attitude with a genuine interest in the healthcare industry
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Organised, responsible and comfortable handling multiple tasks
- Able to commence work at short notice or immediately
- No prior experience required — full training will be provided
