Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics)
  • Position Title: Payroll Executive
  • Working Location: Bedok Industrial Estate (Transportation provided)
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday - Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM)

  • Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll for non-executive employees and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
  • Review and reconcile payroll records, including payroll registers, bank files, and tax computations.
  • Prepare payroll reports on a weekly, monthly, or ad-hoc basis.
  • Handle statutory submissions, including IR21, yearly IR8A, NS make-up pays claims, Government-Paid Leave claims, and other required filings or surveys.
  • Support regulatory, compliance, and audit-related matters when required.
  • Assist with the full recruitment process.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

  • Minimum 1 year of payroll experience.
  • Certificate in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll software is required.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
