• Manage patient appointments, including coordination of laboratory and diagnostic services
• Attend to phone, online, and walk-in enquiries with professionalism and care
• Perform patient registration and ensure accurate records management
• Handle billing, payments, and third-party claims accurately
• Prepare and manage corporate billing and monthly invoicing
• Identify and escalate urgent medical cases promptly to clinical staff
• Address patient feedback and support service recovery efforts
• Ensure compliance with PDPA, internal policies, and audit requirements

Requirements

• Min N / O level
• Min 2 years of Clinic assistant / PSA experience
• Able to commit 3 rotating shifts
