Your three core responsibilities

1. Build relationships with referring partners
Develop and maintain professional relationships with referring doctors, sports groups, and community organisations. Represent BEFIT through networking and community engagement, and communicate clearly with care partners to support coordinated patient care.

2. Deliver excellent physiotherapy and patient care
Assess, treat, and educate patients through personalised, evidence-based rehabilitation. Set meaningful goals, monitor progress, maintain accurate clinical records, and ensure continuity of care so patients feel supported at every stage.

3. Build a sustainable and rewarding caseload
Work with our reception and clinical teams to maintain a healthy caseload through strong patient relationships, appropriate follow-ups, and effective scheduling. Together, we’ll support your professional and income goals while protecting treatment quality and a sustainable work–life balance.
