Responsibilities:

• Lead demand forecasting and S&OP processes across markets, incorporating sales trends, promotions, new store openings, seasonality and product launches to improve forecast accuracy and supply availability.
• Oversee regional supply chain planning covering inventory, warehousing, distribution and logistics to ensure reliable and cost-effective supply to franchise partners and markets.
• Establish KPIs across demand planning, inventory, logistics and franchise operations, using data and analytics to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Commercial, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Marketing and franchise partners to ensure business plans are supported by appropriate resources and operational capabilities.
• Build and develop a high-performing planning and supply chain team, strengthening processes, systems and capabilities to support future regional growth.
• Identify supply chain and operational risks and develop contingency strategies to ensure business continuity across markets.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business / Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning
• Experience in QSR / F&B / Franchise Model
• Hands-on and ability to set up operations
