Job description

Responsibilities:

• Collect customer site data (process/production/competitor) and scout new product ideas to enhance the portfolio.
• Partner with R&D on product definition, feature requirements (software/hardware), and customer testing.
• Participate in hardware/software module development from analysis through qualification.
• Support MMA model launches including demos, rollouts, and trade shows.
• Run feasibility studies and sample bonding tests.
• Perform internal acceptance tests for new features and CIP from R&D.
• Define software requirements (JIRA) for new modules/features.
• Build technical know-how via structured knowledge transfer across PLM, R&D, and support centers.
• Support pre-sales (evaluations, benchmarks, demos) and maintain technical relationships with key accounts.
• Provide 3rd level technical support and coordinate solutions with 2nd level support (Asia).
• Troubleshoot and maintain demo equipment; train FSEs and customers on DA platforms.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering.
• 2 - 5 years’ experience as a Support Engineer in complex technical environments, providing product support and customer engagement.
• Strong analytical, excellent communication, assertive, flexible, customer-oriented, intercultural understanding.
• Prior working experience in Semiconductor backend industry.
• Expertise in Datacon 2200 platform.
• Well versed in PC, MS-Office and Excel.
