• Position Title: Product Manager (ERP & Digital Transformation)
• Working Location: City Hall
• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Fri 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Completion Bonus
• Duration: 1 year contract

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with contracted vendors.
• Lead feature planning and prioritisation based on user feedback, business impact, technical complexity, and regulatory requirements.
• Break high-level objectives into actionable tasks and contribute strategically to the project vision.
• Work with stakeholders and contractors to create product roadmaps and success metrics.
• Monitor progress regularly and report updates to senior leadership.
• Maintain centralised project documentation and follow best practices for knowledge management.
• Assess and prioritise problems based on user impact, business value, technical feasibility, and resource needs.
• Lead daily scrum meetings and agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work with end users to define criteria for sprint deliverables and milestone achievements.
• Monitor technical debt and recommend adjustments to improve performance and reliability.
• Conduct gap analysis between vendor solutions and product requirements.
• Identify challenges with integration, customisation, and technical debt.
• Proactively suggest improvements and turn complex data into actionable recommendations aligned with project goals.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Agile Scrum Master, Product Management, or similar recognised certifications in project/product management.
• 7+ years of product management experience, specifically with Finance ERP platforms, including at least 1 full cycle of Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall product implementation.
• Experience in digital transformation, especially within regulated environments or government projects, and familiarity with financial industries like Banking or Insurance.
• Strong ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into system functionality, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to interact effectively with both senior and junior stakeholders.
• Preferred: Certifications in major finance ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle, and experience in financial industries like Banking or Insurance.
