Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth execution of production schedules and customer orders.
• Create, release, and maintain production work orders within the ERP system.
• Monitor production progress and follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Quality teams on operational requirements.
• Support production planning activities and assist in managing production schedules.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure production readiness.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
• Track and follow up on outstanding work orders and ensure timely closure upon completion.
• Support inventory control activities, stock reconciliation, and data accuracy where required.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and operational projects.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Operations team.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Production Coordination, Production Planning, Operations Support, Manufacturing Administration, Supply Chain Coordination, or related functions.
• Experience in a manufacturing, electronics, engineering, precision engineering, or industrial environment will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP experience is highly advantageous).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively across departments.
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
