Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing - Electronics
• Position Title: Production Operator
• Working Location: Tai Seng
• Working Hours: 5 days (Shift work)
• Salary Package: Basic + OT

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and test PCBs and electronic components according to technical drawings and instructions.
• Perform start-up, shut-down, and normal operations of production line machinery.
• Ensure product quality, identify failures, and implement corrective actions.
• Accurately record production data, quantities, and quality metrics in logbooks or computer systems.
• Assist other operators and assemblers, keep work areas clean, and help replenish supplies.
• Support and participate in process improvement initiatives and report any abnormalities to superiors.
• Follow all safety rules and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.
