Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Chemical
• Position Title: Production Technician
• Working Location: Tuas (Walk distance from MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 Days; Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + Incentives + Completion Bonus (1-month basic)
• Duration: 1-year renewable contract

Key Responsibilities

• Performs filling of hydrogen peroxide and ammonium hydroxide in accordance with production targets and quality standards.
• Carries out production activities, including container preparation, inspection, washing, conveyor loading, palletizing, strapping, packaging inspection, shrink wrapping, material handling, and barcode generation and printing.
• Complies with QMS, EMS, and OHS requirements.
• Monitors process parameters, records readings on check sheets, and ensures all measurements are within the specified operating range.
• Operates handheld tools and equipment required for production activities.
• Performs operational tasks using the NAV system.
• Carries out basic maintenance and participates in production process and line improvement activities.
• Maintains cleanliness, orderliness, and general housekeeping of the production area.
• Follows workplace safety requirements and adheres to SOPs.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
