Job description

  • ·      Overseeall architectural works on site
  • ·      Attendmeetings with client’s representatives, consultants, and main contractor
  • ·      Providefeedback to drafting and design teams on updates and developments discussedduring meetings
  • ·      Reviewproject specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings
  • ·      Carryout architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, projectsupervision, and documentation
  • ·      Ensurework activities are carried out in a safe working environment
  • ·      Coordinatewith Architects, Structural and M&E staff members, and subcontractors toresolve related issues
  • ·      Prepare,interpret, and coordinate all types of drawings related to the project(construction, shop drawings, as-built, etc.)
  • Requirements
  • Experience in HDBprojects
  • •       Good Pay + Good allowance + Good Bonus
