Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution
Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate potential risks or issues, implementing remedial actions as necessary
Manage procurement and logistics, ensuring the timely delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations
Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients
Mentor and manage a team of site engineers and project coordinators
What we're looking for
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience as a Project Manager in residential construction projects
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute complex construction projects
