We are a leading renovation contractor seeking an experienced Project Director to drive business growth, oversee key client relationships, and lead high-performing project and operations teams. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage project managers, site worker and operations staff to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and implement effective project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation strategies.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure service excellence and project growth.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Monitor and optimize operational workflows to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements
