• Industry/ Organization Type: Construction
• Position Title: Project Director
• Working Location: Jurong / Islandwide
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri 8.00am - 6.00pm; Sat 8.00am - 12.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $18,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple construction projects from planning to completion
• Manage overall project execution, safety, cost, quality and delivery targets
• Ensure proper site management across all assigned project locations
• Oversee workplace safety management across all sites and ensure safety procedures are implemented
• Ensure compliance with all local authorities’ requirements and construction regulations with regards to project executions
• Monitor project progress and resolve operational issues
• Manage project productivity and cost control closely
• Oversee procurement planning and subcontractors’ performance
• Review project plans and master programme, technical drawings and construction sequencing and methodologies
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams
• Champion quality management across sites
• Preparation of Q-write up for tender submissions
• Prepare and present during tender interviews
• Act as Management Representative for ISO systems and ensure compliance with ISO standards

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven track record in Commercial and Industrial projects
• Proven experience in construction project management, including multi-site project handling
• Good knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project controls
• Having own transport will be an added advantage
