Core Responsibilities:

• Strategic & Executive Leadership:  Leads the overall strategic, financial, and operational execution of large-scale electrical and multi-disciplinary construction or projects.

• Portfolio Management: Oversees multiple electrical projects or a massive single mega-project from conception to final handover.

• Corporate Alignment: Aligns project goals with the company's broader business objectives, growth targets, and profitability metrics.

• Resource Optimization: Directs company-wide resource allocation, deciding on high-level staffing, major equipment investments, and strategic vendor partnerships.

Financial & Commercial Management

• P&L Responsibility: Owns the financial performance, profitability, and cost forecasting across the entire portfolio of electrical contracts.

• Contract Negotiation: Leads negotiations for high-value client contracts, major subcontracting packages, and commercial dispute resolutions.

• Risk & Claim Management: Mitigates macro-level financial and legal risks, overseeing variations, change orders, and client claims.

Stakeholder & Client Relations

• Executive Liaison: Serves as the primary escalation point and senior representative for high-profile clients, developers, main contractors, and statutory authorities.

• Governance & Compliance: Ensures corporate governance, rigorous quality control frameworks, and top-tier Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards are enforced across all sites.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Organizational Oversight: Manages and mentors a leadership tier of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and engineering heads.

• Performance Strategy: Drives continuous improvement, implementation of digital project tracking tools, and operational efficiencies across engineering departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; PE or related status preferred.

• 10+ years in electrical design, and delivery for mission-critical, utility, industrial, or airport projects (hyperscale experience highly desirable).

• Experience reviewing vendor/electrical drawings.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to manage multiple deliverables under schedule pressure.
