• Industry/ Organization Type: Construction Industrial Machinery
• Position Title: Sales Support Executive (Japanese Speaking)
• Working Location: West - Tuas Crescent (Company transport provided)
• Working Hours: 5 days / Mon-Fri: 8 am-5 pm
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 5,000 + Travel Allowance + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Drive market expansion and identify new business opportunities in Southeast Asia
• Undertake frequent business travel within Southeast Asia as per request
• Manage customer accounts and maintain strong, long-term business relationships
• Oversee customer sales activities, marketing meetings, and reporting
• Provide administrative and logistical support during client visits
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Prepare internal and external documents, reports, and communications
• Prepare proposals and application documents in Japanese, ensuring accuracy and clarity
• Perform other related tasks or duties as assigned by management

• Min. 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing in the Construction/Engineering field
• Flexible to travel in short notice for oversea business trips when required
• Proficient in both written and spoken Japanese and English, with the ability to adapt communication style to effectively engage with Japanese-speaking clients
• Proficiency in MS office
