Job Description: Project Management Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Management Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects from initiation through completion. This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and IT Delivery, to define project objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering timelines, milestones, tasks, resources, and budgets.

• Coordinate project activities and assign tasks to team members, ensuring clear accountability and timely completion.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.

• Facilitate clear and consistent communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management throughout the project lifecycle.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure alignment between project objectives and overall business goals.

• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables effectively.
