• Industry/ Organization Type: Construction
• Position Title: Project Manager
• Working Location: Jurong/Island Wide
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-12pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $9,000 + Allowances + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the completion of construction projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Lead a team of professional and technical staff for daily operations.
• Communicate clearly with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.
• Manage and oversee subcontractors to ensure they meet schedule and quality standards.
• Regularly review construction progress and conduct status meetings with all involved parties.
• DSTA experience is preferred for effective project handling.

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognized by PEB or BCA.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• DSTA experience is preferred.
• Report directly to the Project Director.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
