• Industry/ Organization Type: Construction Industry
• Position Title: Quantity Surveyor (Construction)
• Working Location: Ubi
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Medical Benefits + AWS + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare measurements, cost estimates, and pricing for tenders and project quotations.
• Handle progress claims, variation orders (VO), and related documentation for ongoing projects.
• Coordinate and attend meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to support project progress.
• Participate in weekly site meetings to monitor work progress and ensure subcontractors and suppliers fulfil contractual obligations.
• Maintain and update costing records and master files for all project sites at the headquarters office.
• Source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project costs remain within budget.
• Assist in contract administration and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
• Knowledge of tendering, costing, progress claims, and variation orders.
• Familiar with construction contracts, subcontractor coordination, and supplier management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and quantity surveying-related software.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
