Job Description

• Position Title: Project Manager
• Working Location: Work from Home
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (flexible working hours)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
• Duration: 5-Months Contract (with possible extension)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall project execution, monitor progress and coordinate work sequencing across subcontractors, vendors and other stakeholders, proactively identifying delays, risks and critical path issues.
• Maintain the master project schedule, RFI tracker and action logs, ensuring project milestones, dependencies and outstanding items are accurately tracked through to closure.
• Coordinate site access, permits and work activities, liaising with subcontractors, OEMs, LEWs and external consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and implement stage-wise testing and commissioning (T&C), including witnessing and verifying tests, obtaining sign-offs and tracking punch list items to closure.
• Act as the primary on-site liaison for technical and coordination issues, working with vendors and subcontractors to troubleshoot and resolve defects or project issues.
• Manage project documentation, including RFIs, progress reports, meeting minutes, correspondence logs and other project records.
• Lead weekly project meetings and attend client, subcontractor and ad hoc meetings as required, ensuring key decisions, actions and follow-ups are properly recorded.
• Prepare and maintain an interim operating manual to support the hard-start phase prior to EMS connectivity.
• Develop the handover folder structure and taxonomy, coordinate the compilation of handover documents and ensure a complete handover package at project close.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, coordinating subcontractors and stakeholders on behalf of the company and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and key deliverables.

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or project coordination, preferably within engineering, construction, M&E, energy or building services environments.
• Hands-on experience in testing and commissioning, site coordination, project scheduling, defect rectification and project handover.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating clients, subcontractors, vendors, OEMs, consultants and site teams.
• Good knowledge of project documentation and reporting, including RFIs, schedules, progress reports, meeting minutes, action trackers and handover documentation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve issues and work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant project management tools
• Willing to work on-site and attend in-person meetings as required.
