Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end project management for operations excellence initiatives
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management

Process Improvement & Optimization

• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Apply methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
• Redesign workflows to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance service levels
• Standardize best practices across operations

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze operational data to identify trends and root causes
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to track performance
• Provide actionable insights to support decision-making

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, HR, Finance, IT)
• Engage site leaders to drive adoption of improvement initiatives
• Facilitate workshops, training, and change management activities

Change Management

• Drive cultural change towards continuous improvement mindset
• Develop communication and training plans for new processes
• Ensure smooth implementation and adoption of initiatives

Cost & Efficiency Management

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and track benefits realization
• Improve resource utilization and operational efficiency

Requirements:             

• Experience in modern warehouse and distribution, supply chain design (automation and other modern warehousing innovation (robotics, digitalisation) is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or relevant technical field.
• More than 3 years of relevant working experience in the logistics and supply chain industry; knowledge of 3PL, 4PL and LLP variations is a plus.
• Possess solid persuasive skills when presenting the proposed solution(s) to the customer.
