Our client is seeking for suitable candidates to join them as Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage project team
Execute projects according to Schedule and Tender Specifications within Contract Budget
Plan and update master programme
Preparation of Progress Reports
Troubleshoot and recover from unexpected delays
Resolve on-site Contractual Issues
Coordinate works between Clients, Consultants, Sub-contractors, Suppliers
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Min 5 years of working experience in construction industry
Experienced in HDB / Condo / Commercial projects
Good leadership and organizing abilities
· Good Pay + Good allowance + Good Bonus
