An esteem residential developers is hiring for :

Manager/Assistant Manager – Property Management

(Customer Service - Handover & Defects rectification – TOP new condo)

• Work closely with Main Contractors, Architects, and Project Managers to manage defects, resolve rectification disputes amicably and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Unit Inspections & Defect Resolution: Inspect residential and commercial units, liaise with main contractors, coordinate repair schedules,and resolve home owner feedback during the Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) and Defect Liability period.
• Stakeholder & Dispute Management: Meet with purchasers, the MCST, Managing Agents, Consultants, Contractors, and Suppliers to address development issues and settle disputes.
• Site Quality Control: Conduct regular site meetings, walks, andinspections to monitor progress and quality, ensuring every unit is thoroughly prepared for an impeccable handover to buyers.
• Property & Facility Maintenance: Oversee the comprehensive maintenance, management, and improvement of new and existing residential developments, sites, and vacant land within the Group.
• A&A Works & Vendor Management: Drive Addition & Alteration(A&A) works and supervise external contractors and suppliers responsible for the maintenance of the head office, commercial holdings, and company assets.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in property handover, defect management,and maintenance for newly completed residential developments.
• RegulatoryKnowledge: Sound familiarity with local building codes, statutory regulations,building authority requirements, and project management documentation processes
