Job Summary

Manage and oversee key building infrastructure systems and data centre facilities, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain building infrastructure systems including soft and hard services such as FM200, VESDA, CRAU, and BMS to ensure reliable facility operations
• Lead facility management teams to deliver efficient and safe operations across data centre and similar facilities
• Implement and oversee incident management processes to respond effectively to emergencies and hazards
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols by applying knowledge from bizSAFE Level 2 and CERT training on fire and hazardous materials emergency response
• Coordinate energy management initiatives to optimize facility performance and sustainability
• Supervise and mentor staff in managerial roles to maintain high standards in facility operations and project execution

Required competencies and certifications

• bizSAFE Level 2 certification
• CERT training / WSQ Respond to Fire & HazMat Emergency
• WSQ Implement Incident Management Processes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Air-Conditioning Engineering or equivalent
• At least seven (7) years of relevant experience managing similar facilities and data centre facilities, including three (3) years in managerial roles handling key building infrastructure systems
• EMA licensed electrical worker
• BCA Certified Green Mark Manager (GMM)
• BCA Green Mark Professional (GMP)
• BCA Green Mark Facilities Manager (GMFM)
• Singapore Certified Energy Manager
