Responsibilities:
• Manage supplier sourcing and procurement for manufacturing and project requirements.
• Evaluate suppliers and quotations for mechanical parts, metals, electrical components and other materials.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms and supply agreements to achieve cost savings.
• Review technical drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM) to support project costing and budgeting.
• Work with Engineering, Sales, Production and Quality teams on cost optimisation, supplier performance and quality improvements.
• Develop alternative sourcing strategies to ensure supply continuity and minimise risks.
• Maintain accurate procurement records using ERP/MRP systems and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or a related discipline
• 3 years of purchasing experience in manufacturing or machinery-related industries
• Strong negotiation, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Singaporean only need apply
