Job description

Purchasing Executive
Salary: Up to $3000
Working Days: 5 Day work week (Mon-Fri)
Working Timing: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Manager and Director
  • Prepare and manage purchase orders in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of procurement activities
  • Oversee office supplies inventory, including ordering and stock replenishment
  • Provide administrative support to the Engineering/Admin team
  • Handle additional ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within the team

Requirements:

  • Singaporean only
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will be an added advantage
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in work
