1) Quantity Surveyor to be station in Head Office as well as on the worksites for site measurement and understanding of site progress.

2) Prepare and submit progress payment claims to the Main Contractors and resolve with the Main Contractor representatives for certification of claims and payments.

3) Record and prepare wages to direct works.

4) Prepare and submit quotations to Clients.

5) Assist the Director with administration works, liaise with Authorities for all workers' related issues.

6) Prepare simple book keeping & accounting record.
