Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer for Semi-Con Industry
• Position Title: QC Technician
• Working Location: Loyang Way
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8am-5.30pm)

• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CMM machines to perform dimensional inspections on precision parts.
• Conduct FAI, incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections.
• Prepare CMM measurement and inspection reports.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.
• Perform inspections using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometres.
• Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams on quality issues and inspection requirements.
• Maintain inspection and calibration records.
• Support customer quality requirements and other QA/QC activities when required.

• Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Precision Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in CMM operation and dimensional inspection is preferred.
• Knowledge of FAI, engineering drawings, and GD&T is an advantage.
• Familiarity with PC-DMIS, Calypso, or other CMM software is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Manufacturing or precision engineering experience is preferred.
