• Industry/ Organization Type: Precision Manufacturing
• Position Title: QC Technician
• Working Location: Loyang
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.00am - 5.45pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,000 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit first article samples for approval.
• Create packaging specifications.
• Develop inspection plans for products.
• Support inspection processes for in-process, incoming, and outgoing parts.
• Train inspectors and operators on quality check points and measurement methods.
• Work with Production, Toolroom, and Suppliers to address quality issues.
• Ensure documents and records comply with ISO quality standards.
• Assist Engineers as needed.
• Manage and maintain all measuring and testing equipment.
• Help Engineers update monthly quality control reports, such as supplier performance.
• Assist Engineers or Managers in collecting and compiling data for reports.
• Support other quality-related tasks as required.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Able to read engineering drawings.
• Good reporting and administrative skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with OGP Smartscope, CMM, or other measuring tools.
