• Be the key quality contact for customers, understanding their concerns and providing timely technical solutions.
• Investigate customer complaints and product quality issues through root cause analysis and structured problem-solving.
• Lead 8D, CAPA and corrective action activities to ensure issues are resolved effectively and permanently.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, R&D and Operations teams to identify root causes and implement improvement measures.
• Analyse quality data, defect trends and customer feedback to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
• Support customer audits, quality meetings, product validation and qualification activities.
• Prepare quality reports, investigation reports and corrective action documentation for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely closure of quality issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support new product introduction and engineering changes to ensure quality requirements are met.

What You Bring

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• 2-3 years' Experience in Customer Quality, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing or Engineering is preferred.
