Job Description
Ø Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from suppliers
Ø Ensure all finished products to be exported meet the specifications required and complies with industry standards
Ø Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner
Ø Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency in quality control procedures
Ø Maintain inventory update of stocks and materials
Ø Document inspection outcomes by ensuring all completed detailed reports submitted to management are accurate
Ø Ensure the team completes the assigned daily work schedule and production target is achieved
Ø Import & export logistics arrangement, and third party logistics for local delivery.
Ø Any other ad-hoc matters assigned by hiring manager and management if needed.
Qualifications & Key Traits:
• Polytechnic Diploma
• Min 2 years experience in quality assurance management within the manufacturing industry
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with regulatory/ safety compliance and quality audits
