Position: Quantity Surveyor

1.Preparing tender submission, taking-off and detail measurement,

2.Conducting Bills of Quantities including identify discrepancies between contracts and tender documents

3.Following up on quotations, post tender addendum documents and drawings,

4.Submitting monthly progress report and claim and variation orders (VO),

5.Liaising with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities,

6.Liaised and coordinated with the project site team regarding progress claims and additional works,

7.Attended consultant meetings, prepared variation work costings, progress claims, and finalized accounts with clients and sub-contractors,

8.Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all project activities,

9.Sourcing and confirmed new sub-contractors and supplier,

10.Preparing and issuing LOA to sub-contractors and suppliers,
