Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Plumbing, Heating (non-electric) and Air-conditioning
• Position Title: Quantity Surveyor (Civil Subcontract Works)
• Working Location: Mandai Estate
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Sat, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB + Medical Benefits
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Director.
• Handle quantity surveying duties for civil subcontract works.
• Prepare project tender submissions, including bills of quantities, tender drawing checks, material specifications, and related documents.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Manage subcontract-related matters when required.
• Attend site meetings to coordinate work progress, resolve issues, and support project completion.
• Draft P&S layout drawings when required.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned.
