Receptionist

Job description

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations, handle visitors and enquiries, and support daily administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy customer interaction and have strong multitasking skills, we love to hear from you!

Title: Receptionist

Employment: Full-time (2 years’ contract)

Location: Near Lavender

Working Hours 

Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM 
Fridays: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM 
Lunch Break: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM 

No work required on Saturdays, Sundays, and Singapore Public Holidays. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk and reception duties
  • Handle phone calls, enquiries, and walk-in visitors professionally
  • Register visitors and issue passes according to security procedures
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
  • Coordinate office supplies and copier/toner servicing
  • Maintain cleanliness of reception and waiting areas
  • Support administrative and ad-hoc operational duties
  • Maintain accurate visitor and enquiry records
  • Deliver excellent customer service and uphold professional standards

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification
  • At least 1 year of receptionist/front desk/customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers when required
  • Good organisational and multitasking abilities
