Job Description:
We are seeking a suitable candidate to support the school’s reception and administrative operations.
Job Scope:
• Manage the reception counter and handle phone calls, enquiries and visitors promptly.
• Filing and mailing of letters.
• Attend to deliveries, including ensuring all items received are properly documented and promptly directed to the relevant parties.
• Support sick bay operations and provide basic first aid to students when required.
• Handle lost and found items.
• Handle students leaving school early.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception and sick bay areas.
• Ensure sick bay is well-stocked and properly maintained at all times.
• Assist in packing and relocation preparations.
• Perform other administrative or operational duties as assigned by the school.
Requirements:
• GCE “N” Level or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in reception or general administration.
• Proficient in both written and spoken
• Able to perform basic word processing and data entry.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant, approachable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior work experience in a school environment, particularly in a primary school, is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic first aid is an advantage.
