Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ÿ   Ensureaccuracy and integrity of financial reporting across plant operations andregional reporting structures.
  • Ÿ   Engageclosely with country finance teams to support timely monthly/quarterly closingactivities for regional entities in accordance with IFRS/ US GAAP and corporateaccounting policies.
  • Ÿ   Manageand liaise internal controls SOX deliverables across APAC entities in line withcompany IA requirement.
  • Ÿ   Responsibleto consolidate and deliver monthly regional management reports including networking capital and analyze key performance drivers with the Regional FD.
  • Ÿ   Closelysupport budgeting and forecasting cycles, including monthly capital spendforecast. Consolidate submissions from manufacturing entities in APAC regionfor key stakeholders’ review.
  • Ÿ   Togetherwith external tax agent, drive completion of periodic statutory transferpricing documentation requirement.
  • Ÿ   Asneeded, collaborate with company secretary to coordinate corporate secretarialdocumentation and filings and ensure compliance with ACRA requirements.
  • Ÿ   Liaisewith internal stakeholders on entity management, changes to directors, andother corporate actions as needed.
  • Ÿ   Supportgovernance processes, annual authority matrix updates, policy adherence, andentity management across regional jurisdictions.

Requirements:

  • Ÿ   Degreein Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Ÿ   5-8years of experiences in financial reporting, audit, or regional accountingrole.
  • Ÿ   Proficientin ERP systems (Oracle, OneStream preferred)
  • Ÿ   Knowledgeof BI tools
  • Ÿ   StrongExcel, finance modeling, and analytical skills.
