Job Responsibilities

• Support regional HR operations and work closely with Country HR teams and Location Managers.
• Ensure alignment of HR policies and practices with company guidelines and local employment regulations.
• Support regional payroll administration, verification and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Support manpower planning, performance appraisals, salary reviews and compensation and benefits activities.
• Assist with employee engagement, training and development initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports covering headcount, turnover and workforce-related information.
• Support CSR initiatives, Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirements and compliance audits.
• Maintain accurate HR records and assist with other HR-related responsibilities.

Job Requirements

• Degree preferably from NUS or NTU.
• HR experience in the manufacturing industry is required.
• Minimum 3 years of regional HR experience.
• Good knowledge of HR operations, employment regulations and HR policies.
• Experience in payroll administration and HR reporting.
• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
