Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned retail partners

  • Ensure consistent account performance and partner satisfaction

Sales Growth

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets

  • Drive upselling and cross-selling of product portfolio

Channel Development

  • Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand market reach

Retail Execution

  • Work closely with marketing and product teams on in-store promotions, campaigns, and product launches

Forecasting & Reporting

  • Track sales performance and trends

  • Provide accurate forecasts and management reporting

Training & Support

  • Train retail partners and store staff on product features and selling points

Market Analysis

  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences

  • Recommend actionable strategies based on insights

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail channel sales, preferably in consumer electronics, IT peripherals, or related industries

  • Ability to analyse sales data and translate insights into actionable plans

  • Self-driven with strong organisational and time management skills
