Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the company’s premium lighting and luxury home décor products and services to walk-in customers.
• Identify new business opportunities beyond walk-in customers.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process and answer product-related enquiries.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when assisting customers.
• Communicate effectively and work well within a small team.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Manage and update the company website and social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
