• Position: Retail Sales Assistant

• Location: Kovan/Lavender (walking distance from MRT)

• Working hours: 6-day work week, 44 contractual hours per week, rostered between 10am and 9pm

Main Responsibilities:

• Proactively approach and engage customers in a retail environment.

• Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of healthcare support products.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Provide professional customer service and respond to product-related enquiries.

• Work towards daily sales targets and support overall outlet performance.

• Process cash and card transactions accurately.

• Maintain clean, organised and well-stocked product displays.

• Perform other related retail duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification.

• No prior retail experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.

• Good communication and customer-service skills.
