Our client is an established retailer in the home furnishing industry with multiple retail showroom locations across Singapore.

We are hiring Retail Sales Executives / Sales Consultants to support showroom sales operations. This role is suitable for candidates with experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer service who are motivated by performance incentives and enjoy engaging customers in a consultative sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer service to walk-in showroom customers

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable mattress and bedding products

  • Achieve individual sales targets through consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling

  • Maintain strong product knowledge to support effective sales presentations

  • Process sales transactions accurately (including Point-of-Sale handling where applicable)

  • Ensure showroom cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and proper product display

  • Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and basic retail operations

  • Assist with general store administrative duties as required

Requirements

  • Prior experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer service preferred

  • Experience in mattress, furniture, home furnishing, or lifestyle retail advantageous

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Sales-driven mindset with ability to achieve performance targets

  • Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

  • Able to work 5.5 days per week (44 hours)
