RF Maintenance Engineer (4G/LTE) (Telco/ East/ $6k +Bonus/ Permanent Role)

• Location: East Area
• 5 Days work week
• Permanent Role
• Salary: up to $6,000 + Variable Bonus

Responsibility:

• Lead end-to-end 4G site rollout, including site surveys, design, testing, commissioning, and optimization.
• Plan, manage, and monitor engineering activities to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for base stations and antenna systems.
• Address customer issues through troubleshooting and effective solution proposals.
• Coordinate dismantling and reinstatement works with HDB, property owners, contractors, and local authorities.
• Provide after-hours standby support during major events, both on-site and remotely.
• Act as the technical lead for projects, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines, standards, milestones, and documentation.
• Manage in-building system design, documentation (technical and commercial), scheduling, and equipment procurement.
• Review, negotiate, and track contractor and supplier quotations and delivery timelines.
• Support design and costing for TETRA, LTE, and other company services.
• Monitor and optimize 4G network performance, including participation in technical trials.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations, and manage spare parts and inventory.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork, ownership, interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work extended hours when needed.

Requirement:

• Min Diploma / Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics or related.
• Minimum 2 years of LTE mobile network maintenance experience.
• Basic experience in project management is preferred.
• Solid understanding of 4G radio access technologies, RF principles, and antenna systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
• Comfortable working in diverse environments such as rooftops, tunnels, offshore sites, construction areas, and other physically demanding conditions.
• A valid Class 3 driving license is required.
