  • Industry/ Organization Type: IT Communications Service Provider
  • Position Title: Sales Account/ Business Development Executive
  • Working Location: Central (Nearest MRT: Mattar)
  • Working Hours: 5 Days / Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + Monthly Commission + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute successful strategies to manage and grow existing accounts.
  • Identify, define, and deliver business requirements aligned with customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all organizational levels.
  • Engage key decision-makers and present tailored value propositions that address their business challenges.
  • Nurture long-term partnerships through trust, collaboration, and consistent value delivery.

  • Minimum ITE in Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales account management / B2B Sales role.
  • Prior experience in IT solutions or System Integrator company will be an added advantage.
