Our esteemed client in the Food Wholesaler/ Distribution industry is seeking a Sales Admin Executive to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Sales Admin Executive
• Location: Senoko
• Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon to Fri, 8.30am – 5.45pm; Alt Sat, 8.30am – 12.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team, including quotations, price lists, tenders, presentations and commercial documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer pricing, quotations, contracts and related records in the ERP system.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, dashboards and performance analysis.
• Monitor sales targets, budgets and forecasts, highlighting variances, trends and opportunities.
• Maintain customer master data, sales records and pricing information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Coordinate pricing updates, contract renewals and expiry follow-ups with relevant departments.
• Liaise with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Warehouse and Logistics teams to support smooth commercial operations.
• Support customer requests, product launches, promotional campaigns and other business initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales administration processes and support automation/ digitalisation initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales Administration.
• Proficient with MS Office
• Able to work on Saturdays (half day).
