Position: Sales Admin
Salary: $2500 - $2800
Working Days: Monday - Friday | 8.30am - 6pm
Working Location: Woodlands Link [Nearest: Admiralty MRT]
Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Enter new orders, prepare quotations, and generate invoices.
- Customer Support: Answer sales phone calls, reply to emails, and resolve client complaints or questions.
- Data Management: Maintain and update customer information, pricing lists, and inventory levels in CRM or ERP systems.
- Sales Reporting: Compile daily, weekly, or monthly sales numbers for managers.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with the shipping, warehouse, and finance departments to ensure timely deliveries.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Business or a related field.
- Well verse in Ms Excel - pivot table and V-Look up
- Sales Admin experience in the FMCG industry is preferred
