• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing
• Position Title: Sales Admin / Sales Executive
• Working Location: Pioneer (Transport provided from MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with new customers.
• Help customers with sales inquiries through phone calls and emails.
• Follow up on inquiries and finalize orders.
• Speed up order processing and handle quotes and invoices.
• Keep the sales team informed with necessary updates.
• Coordinate with Store and Logistics for deliveries.
• Oversee deliveries and stock levels for customers.
• Manage inventory efficiently.
• Support the Sales team with operations.

• GCE "O" level, Nitec or Diploma in related discipline
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowing SAP is a plus.
• Understanding of import/export paperwork, shipping, marine insurance, or L/C negotiation is a bonus.
