• Position Title: Outdoor Sales Representative
• Working Location: Tuas (Transport provided in Woodlands & Choa Chu Kang MRT)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30pm-5.30pm; Sat, 8.30am - 1.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary $3,000 + AWS + Commission + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage regular customer accounts.
• Coordinate with customers and external departments for deliveries.
• Handle customer inquiries and process sales, purchase, and delivery orders.
• Persuade clients with knowledge of our housebrand products.
• Respond to customer queries and manage phone calls.
• Using office software and online resources effectively.
• Develop sales and business opportunities.
• Promote and sell products to new customers.
• Understand customer needs and offer customized solutions.
• Conduct market research and analysis.
• Meet sales targets, KPIs, and report results.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.

• GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and task-driven.
• Willing to travel and attend industry events.
